1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are initiated in cases of order cancellations requested prior to dispatch, verified product unavailability, or where an approved replacement is unavailable.
2. Processing Timeframes
- UPI & Net Banking: 2–4 business days directly to the originating bank account.
- Credit & Debit Cards: 5–7 business days depending on your bank's billing cycle.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) once you provide your verified account details, credited within 3 business days of pickup verification.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time prior to shipment dispatch. Once a courier tracking number is assigned and handed to our logistics partner, the order cannot be intercepted; however, our 7-day exchange guarantee applies upon delivery.
